Terms of use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the ICT Transport LLC website at https://www.icttransportks.com (the "Site"). ICT Transport LLC ("ICT Transport," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed freight broker and motor carrier (MC 119953, USDOT 3172905). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request quotes, contact us, submit carrier documents, and book dumpster rentals. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Upload files that contain viruses or harmful code, or that you do not have the right to share
• Interfere with the Site's operation or try to access it in unauthorized ways
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited messages

Quotes Are Estimates

Any rate, price, or quote provided through the Site, by email, or in response to a quote form is an estimate only. It is based on the information you provide and current market conditions, and it may change. A quote is not binding on either party until both parties have agreed to it in a signed rate confirmation. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or guarantee that we will accept or move a load.

Transportation Services

The Site is for information and requests only. Any freight transportation we arrange or perform is governed by the applicable signed rate confirmation and, where applicable, the broker-carrier agreement or other written agreement between the parties, not by these Terms. If anything in these Terms conflicts with those documents, the signed rate confirmation or agreement controls for that shipment.

Carriers

Carriers may upload documents through the Site, but carrier onboarding is completed through Highway (highway.com). Your use of Highway is governed by Highway's own terms and privacy policy. Submitting documents or completing onboarding does not guarantee that we will offer you loads. Carriers must keep their authority, insurance, and other required documents current.

Dumpster Rentals

Booking requests made through the Site's booking calendar are subject to availability and confirmation by us. Pricing, rental periods, permitted materials, weight limits, delivery and pickup details, and any additional fees will be confirmed with you before or at the time of service. You are responsible for providing accurate service address and site-access information.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Service areas, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses or links to third-party services, including Squarespace, Elfsight form widgets, Google reviews, and Highway. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Our Content

The Site's text, logos, images, and design belong to ICT Transport LLC or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal or business use in dealing with us, but you may not copy, modify, or republish Site content without our written permission.

Information You Submit

You are responsible for the information and files you submit through the Site and confirm that they are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ICT Transport LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section applies to use of the Site only. Liability related to transportation services is governed by the applicable rate confirmation, agreement, and law.

Indemnity

You agree to hold ICT Transport LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
